Being a mom may be the best job in the world, but it’s also the hardest - counselling can help.
Perhaps being a mom isn’t what you thought it would be. Maybe you don’t feel like yourself anymore. Or perhaps what you assumed would be a wonderful, joyful experience is just plain overwhelming. It’s not uncommon to feel sad, disconnected and exhausted, but these feelings don’t mean you’re a bad mother. In our work together you will uncover resources you already possess while learning new tools for dealing with the stresses of motherhood. It is possible to feel connected to your family and enjoy spending time with your children.
About Me
I began seeing clients in 2014, after a decade-long career working in human resources and human resources consulting. After my second child I decided to focus my practice on pregnancy and parenthood. No one really tells you how hard being a parent is, and even if they do you don’t believe them or understand until you have a child of your own. While I can’t tell you what being a parent will be like for you, I can support you in your journey.
