Body Image & Disordered Eating

Struggling with body image or chronic dieting can be exhausting—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to control your body through diets, only to feel more disconnected from yourself. Perhaps the way you feel about your body interferes with how you show up in relationships, at work, or in daily life. You’re not alone—and these struggles are not a personal failure.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of your relationship with food and your body, uncover strengths you already possess, and build new tools to support self-trust, compassion, and peace.

My work is grounded in a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, HAES®-aligned approach. I support you in stepping off the cycle of dieting for good. It is possible to feel more at home in your body—just as it is—and to live with more ease and freedom.
